Quick guide to integrate Lightspeed with Freshdesk
- Install Freshdesk add-on from the Lightspeed App Store.
- To enable the integration, enter your Freshdesk domain url (without / at the end) and API Key on the Lightspeed settings page that appears (you can get the API key under Profile Setting in your Freshdesk account).
Once it is successfully installed, you can see order information of customers who have raised tickets in the tickets detailed view and customer page in Freshdesk.
